Scenario
VikramGroup private practice, Stratford
You are a Registered Psychotherapist in Stratford. Vikram Chaudhary, 57, takes an antidepressant from the physician who referred him for low mood. He logs every behavioural activation task in a colour-coded spreadsheet, and his depression score has fallen from 19 to 7. His mother died last year; he missed her rites in Pune.
Shown the graph, he says, 'I feel nothing. Which of us is wrong, me or the graph?'
