Practice case

Scenario
HyacinthRetirement home, Carleton Place
You are a Registered Psychotherapist in private practice. Errol Campbell has engaged you to see his mother, Hyacinth, 88, born in Jamaica, at the Carleton Place retirement home she moved into after a fall. She has mild memory problems, calls staff at night and refuses showers. She has agreed to see you and for you to talk with staff.
Hyacinth tells you, 'I want my own kitchen.'
