Scenario
IbrahimHospital outpatient mental health program, Hamilton
You are a Registered Psychotherapist in a hospital outpatient program. Ibrahim, 54, a machinist until a back injury, has been low and irritable since. In session eight, about the brother who dismisses him, you said: 'You choose to protect his version.' He missed session nine.
He arrives late, coat and gloves on: 'Last time you told me this is my own doing. I get enough of that at home.'
