Scenario
DylanUniversity counselling service, London, Ontario
You are a Registered Psychotherapist at a university counselling service in London, Ontario, which allows twelve sessions a year. Dylan, 20, a trans man estranged from his parents since coming out, came for low mood.
In session nine, unshaven and barely sleeping for three weeks, he tells you he was sexually assaulted at a party. He has never told anyone. Then: 'So I've got three left, right? Then that's it.'
