Scenario
WahidaCommunity health centre, Richmond Hill
You are a Registered Psychotherapist at a community health centre in Richmond Hill. Wahida Karimi, 43, came from Afghanistan two years ago with her two sons. The centre's physician, Dr. Ferris, referred her for nightmares and poor sleep. Everyone at the centre works from one electronic chart.
Before you begin, she asks, 'Will the doctor read what I tell you? My husband's cousin works at the front desk.'
