Scenario
UlrichPrivate practice contracted to an employee assistance program, Cornwall
You are a Registered Psychotherapist seeing employee assistance program clients in Cornwall. Ulrich Brandt, 52, a mill foreman, threw a wrench while shouting at a young millwright. Human resources 'strongly recommended' counselling and had him sign a form letting you confirm attendance and 'report on progress'.
Arms folded, he puts the form on the table. 'They made me come. What are you going to tell them about me?'
