About

An organization that builds for clinicians

Canada Therapy & Wellness is a Canadian organization. We prepare clinicians for their registration exams, build tools for the clinicians who provide therapy, and arrange clinical supervision.

    How it works

    Supervision and exam preparation

For supervision, Canada Therapy & Wellness is the point of contact, and supervision is provided by qualified practitioners who hold a current registration with a Canadian regulatory college. Our exam labs are independent of every regulator and exam body.

    Who you work with
When we match you with a supervisor, we share their name, registration and regulatory college with you directly, so you can check them before the first meeting.

    Mission

    Our mission

Clinicians with the tools to do the work well, from the registration exam to the hardest case in a full caseload.

    1. Prepare clinicians for registration

Exam labs in each registration exam’s own format: the CRPO Exam Lab for the COMPASS exam written in Ontario and Prince Edward Island today, and labs in planning for social workers, psychologists and BC psychotherapists.

    2. Build tools for practising clinicians

Olive Grove drafts session notes and offers feedback on real sessions, with its AI running on the clinician’s own computer.

    3. Arrange clinical supervision

Supervision for students and registered clinicians, provided through qualified, registered supervisors we match to the request.

Canada Therapy & Wellness Mosaic Leaf Logo

    The meaning behind the mosaic

The mark is a maple leaf made of mosaic tiles. It is a national symbol, and it is also a statement of how we think about the people therapy serves.

It was designed to reflect the complexity, resilience and dignity of a person. Five ideas sit behind it.

    1. A whole made of many parts

Inspired by therapeutic approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), the mosaic tiles represent the various "parts" of the self. People often arrive feeling pulled apart by stress or by what they have been through. The work is getting those pieces on speaking terms, not filing the awkward ones down.

    2. Balance and regulation

The interplay of warm ochres and cool slates represents the delicate balance of emotional regulation. Whether you are seeking to calm the "heat" of anger or reignite the "fire" in a relationship, approaches such as DBT, CBT, EFT and the Gottman Method each look for a middle path between logic and emotion.

    3. Many clinical lenses

Each segment of the leaf stands for a different clinical lens: psychotherapy, social work, psychology. Like the tiles of a mosaic, those lenses are meant to sit together rather than compete, so a person is seen from more than one angle.

    4. The Canadian mosaic

Canada is defined by its diversity. The mark honours that multicultural fabric. Cultural heritage is part of a person's identity, not an obstacle to treatment, for a newcomer and a lifelong resident alike.

    5. Reconstruction and resilience

Trauma and major transitions can make a life feel shattered. Trauma-informed care is about helping a person take the fragments of what happened and set them into a new configuration that holds.

None of this decides anything clinical. What happens in therapy is set by the registered therapist, with the client.

    What we hold to

Six standards, meant to be checked rather than admired.

    • Accuracy first

Every case, rationale and claim is checked against the standards, the statutes and the research. Where the evidence is thin, we say so.

    • Plain language

Precise where the profession is precise, plain everywhere else, in English and in French.

    • Privacy by default

Enquiries and waiting-list sign-ups are stored in Canada, used only to reply, and never sold or shared for marketing. Olive Grove’s AI runs entirely on the clinician’s own computer, and session content stays there.

    • Cultural humility

Care that fits the person: their culture, language, faith and history, not a template.

    • Registered care only

We refer only to therapists who hold a current registration with a Canadian regulatory college.

    • Independence

No paid placements. A therapist or an approach appears here because it fits, not because anyone paid for it.
